I am just starting to get into the chicken thing! Doing lots of reading and planning and learning!
I hope to have a mixed flock of Wyandottes (Gold lace, Silver Lace and Columbian.) With our winters we need the cold hardiness, and they are reputed to be fairly docile, if not exactly jump-in-your-arms friendly.
