Hello, Goose Newbe Needs Help

I am looking into getting geese (as goslings), we have five acres. Does anyone know the best breed of geese to keep as pets, and are easy to raise? How many goslings should I get (for a first time owner)? Do you know of any good goose breeders and South Australia? Any extra information about raising and keeping geese or helpful links would be appreciated.
