I just got my new chicks 2 days ago. I’ve noticed one has severe balance issues and often I will find it on its back legs up. It can’t walk very well. It is the most unique out of the 4 we received. The lady we got them from incubated them and that’s all I know about them.
 
Mash? Mixed with water. They have been eating pretty good today, but the poor little guy in question just sort of went around in circles. I tried to show him the food and water but every time I touched him he would put his head all the way back and fall over.

Do you have vitamins in the water? Medicated chick starter?

I’d feed him with an eye dropper , just drip the vitamin water on the side of his beak , he will swallow ... hold him in a little cloth .

Scramble some eggs and see if he will eat that ... so sad he’s so cute

Thank you @KikisGirls There's a featured article on wry neck it's a good read. Also need to look at the amount of niacin in your feed. Ducks need more protein and niacin than chickens. At the beginning.
