(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Hi! I’m a new duck mom. I got my ducklings on April 24th. And until now, I still don’t know weather they’re male of female
. But i love them so much.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
2 ducks (for now)
(3) What breeds do you have? Pekin Ducks.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I would say, their attitude. They’ll love you when you have food. But leave you when you come to them with nothing.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I love cooking and sewing. (I planned to sew some accessories for my ducks)
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
My husband is the one who wanted ducks while I’m a nurturer type. I grew up around pets. I have 3 dogs (at my parents house).
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I found BYC while I’m searching informations about my ducklings. And BYC had helped me so much until now about raising my babies
