Welcome. I so agree with @DobieLover. If you don't have a shed, get a used one and convert it. It’s as easy as adding roosting bars and ventilation. You won’t regret it.

Look for playhouses also.
A friend managed to get a custom built playhouse off marketplace for free. It only needed a small amount of work to house her hens.
