Hello, i noticed this weird round meaty thing growing under my chickens neck

So a week ago, i noticed my chicken had this grow meat thing under her neck. It wasnt there before, and i never noticed Something under her neck, even smaller...its big and wiggling around.
My chicken still eats, and drinks, shes acting normal. I just wanna know if i should be concerned about it or if i just need to let it be. Thank you

Looks like either a tumor or a ingrown feather cyst. Is it hard? Soft?

Its ferm, not hard as a rock, but definetly not soft. I noticed that it looks as if it evolved from the red dangling thing that all chickens have under their chin

It does look like it may be a feather cyst, but hard to know.
