I've not long started keeping my own chickens. I recently bought 3 chicks and not too sure how old they are. They have most of their adult feathers on their bodies but still yellow fuzz on their heads. I'm wondering when I should switch them to adult feed? Any advice would be great! Thanks :)

You can change them to adult feed when they are close to laying age.

layer feed(for adult hens) has too much calcium for baby chicks and can harm them. I would keep them on chick starter till they approach 'point of lay'

Thanks for the advice and the welcome. I had been looking on here for tips for the past few weeks then decided to finally join as everyone seems so nice :)
