Hello, I'm new to chickens I hope ya'll don't mind if I ask a lot of dumb questions

I'm just starting my flock. I have my coop built and recieved my first chicks last friday, problem is most of them were DOA, I called the people I got them from and there was no problem getting replacements they arrived yesterday alive and healthy. Right now I have them sepperated from the first few survivors that we got last week. How long do I have to wait to put them in the coop with the ones that are a week older?

as long as they're similar sizes you should be able to put them together.

do the survivors look healthy? If you are fairly certain the first ones didn't have disease, then I would put them in together with the newbies.
