Hi all im Sunni im new here and new to chickens! Mine almost 20 weeks. I have 5 total

1. Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? May 2025

(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 5

(3) What breeds do you have? 2 black wyandotte, 1 cinnamon queen, 1 olive egg, 1 rhode island red

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? They are quite unique characters and we love animals. Hope to have a homestead some day.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Gardening baking canning freeze drying.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. Work full time in corporate America, live in Midwest, 3 dogs, 3 cats, 5 chickens :)

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? :D. Pinterest! I want to learn more about the chickens make sure i truly have hens 😆
 
Here are my chickens i hope they are all hens im not sure about the wyandotte always has been the smaller one and gets picked on some but the feathers are different then the other wyandotte.

I think the top in peicking order is the red and 2nd is cinnamon queen.

They are 19 weeks. Praying I dont have a roo because id have to rehome im not allowed Roos.

My olive egger does this weird long low bawk. I call it her singing. The others chirp and sqwuak a little bit not super vocal.

They are beautiful! They sure look like hens to me!
