We have over 30 chickens... This is our second year. I found BYC researching chickens before getting them. We have 2 kids who are in the 4H, and 2 German Shepherds That we plan to breed.

I'm a housewife that's giving gardening a big go this year.
I eventually plan to breed my chickens so I can sell chicks, and I plan to breed my shepherds here in a few years.

You will really enjoy your chickens, and this site! They're both addictive!
