Finally got my ladies today! One started laying as soon as they got settled so I assume that's a good thing.

Congrats! That can sometimes take a while for them to settle in, as in some take weeks! You're doing great!

That was an egg already in the plumbing.
They'll likely all stop because of the stress of the move but will resume once acclimated unless they are hens (not pullets) in which case the stress of the move will trigger their molt to start if they haven't already done it and they'll resume laying in the spring when the days get longer.
