Hello! Introduction

My name is Luann and my husband Jasper and I live on the outskirts of Memphis, TN and we live on just over 2 acres with our little dogs, Raymond and Shirley, our two fainting goats, Ralph and Clyde, and a small flock of chickens.
I am a professor at the University of Memphis and my husband is retired after 26 years in the Army SF and now he works part-time as security and conducts tactical training to individuals who want to improve their firearm skills.
We love our lil 'micro-farm' and all our furry/feathered kids. Thank you for allowing us to be part of this community to learn more about our chickens!

**We also have a squirrel named 'Nutters' that we rescued as a blind/deaf infant, raised him, and now he lives in the trees by our back patio and visits several times a day....
