You will love the Ameraucanas...ours is a true sweetie. She goes to school with my daughter a couple of times per week, sleeps on her human child, eats what the human child eats and is a MESS. LOL

Welcome! This site is a wonderful resource. I never have had chickens...until 5 weeks ago. This site is as addictive as it is educational. And the fuzzy chicks...well, they are adorable! I look forward to being able to get more next Spring...although my husband says the coop will ONLY hold one more...I have ONE year to get him to think of how to make new additions to the coop (that isn't totally ready yet).
