Greetings! My family and I just bought a farm and were so excited to get started we ordered our first chicks (15 ended up with 20 [IMG]) the same day we closed! Later that weekend while getting supplies from the store we saw ducklings and were smitten.. so we added 4 ducks to our homestead. All are doing very well! We have concerns about our one Peking duck however. He is about 4 weeks old and at about 2 1/2 weeks we started noticing his legs were really turning inward to where he could barely walk. I read to add niacin and/or brewers yeast to supplement, so I have been now daily. Haven't seen any improvements and he is also having other symptoms now. He doesn't seem to be growing at the same rate as our other Peking duck. Yesterday I noticed that his bill has an odd colored spot on his bill (reddish orange) and it looks like he may have diarrhea now. Please help with any suggestions! I'm really concerned [IMG] Thanks for any input!
