Hello. My name is Pinky, and Im addicted to chickens

I am quickly becoming the crazy chicken lady. You know you're addicted when you plan dinner by what favorites your chickens have in case of leftovers.

We live in Kansas. My husband is a paramedic on a crazy schedule, but last summer he finally finished the coop. Just in time for the neighbors dog to get all but 2 before they could move in. The other two fell into the koi pond when said dog came back for seconds. My darling husband being the medical professional he is, tried CPR. Sadly, it was too late. After a long summer and a very ling seemingly endless winter, we finally have residence in the coop...and the neighbors moved! The yard is dog proof, and they are all fat and happy.
