Thank you all for the awesome, warm welcome. I've been needing something like this for some time now.

I'm a stay at home wife and homeschooling mom to our sweet 9 year old son. We use to have a miniature horse business and I just couldn't tend 14 head with a baby. I did it all. Feed, shots, worming, grooming, ferrier.... We got rid of our last two horses. They were pets really but didn't get the attention they needed/deserved.

I have 3 (soon to be more) pigmy goats that I adore. I have a couple of bantams and a very old hen that still lays for me. I'm awaiting a shipment of 30 peeps. Mixed mostly but I'm uber excited about the mottled bantams that I ordered special.

I have a bator on the way and am chomping the bit to hatch.

Yeah, I'm just a LITTLE excited. LOL
