BYC was extremely helpful to me as I was preparing to own chickens, so I decided to become a member. I was very entertained by so many posts I was reading as I was researching. What a great group! We just re-vamped a chicken coop that was given to us, and we have 3 RIR, 3 NH red, 3 silver laced wyandottes, and 4 barred rocks.
I'm very fortunate to have a hubby of 21 years, a daughter 15, a crazy Westie, a Morgan mare, 2 pompous cats, 2 guinea pigs, a cockatiel, a blue-crowned conure, and last but never least, my little treefrogs.
Way more than you probably wanted to know.
