Hello! New member and new soon to be chicken mom!

Hello! I am BRAND new to raising chickens and get my first small flock (5 buff orpingtons) in three weeks. I used to help with the chickens at a farm down the road when I was younger, but this will be the first time I’m raising chicks. I’m excited and also slightly terrified. I’ll take any and all advice, especially if anyone has raised this breed before! Thank you in advance and happy to be here

Orpingtons are a very nice heavy breed. Good layers and good temperament. Welcome from Ocala, FL.
