Oh ok, I use to live in North Texas when I was a kid... north of McKinney, on a 160 acre farm. Alvarado wasn't that big back then, I guess it's grown in 50 years. I haven't been up that way in many years.

In the duncaville area and my husband and I moved to alvarado 15 years ago to raise our family in a more quiet area!

Yeah, my parents moved us to the farm back in 67' to get away from all the bad influences of the big city of Richardson, hahaha, wasn't all that big then but compared to McKinney, a 1 horse town, it seemed big. I'd be gone all day, hunting or fishing and my parents didn't worry about me one bit. It also, lead to a life long affair with raising birds. Anyway, I'll degress. Again, Welcome to BYC.
