Hello everyone! 
We have quietly been around the site for a while and finally decided to formally introduce our little farm. Just last year we decided to get chickens as we had moved out onto five acres.
We have seven 10 month old chickens, one being a broody with two developing eggs that are on day 10
, and nine 5 week old chicks in our grow-up pen! One of our roosters is a Splash Australorp and so we've got two Blacks in our growing up flock to hopefully produce some Blues later on. 
We're located in North Texas and are excited to get our little farm up and running, as we rescue horses as well as keep chickens.
