Hello, BYC. Although I've wanted a small group of hens for most of my adult life, I have only recently found myself in the position to start keeping them.
Last week, we picked up three young chickens (hopefully pullets!) and I've fallen in love even more than I thought was inevitable. Lol.
We're planning to mostly free range, and will start letting them out of their run for periods of time this coming Monday.
I'm excited to be a part of this group and learn what I can from all of you seasoned, knowledgeable chicken folks.
