Hello, Just signed up to Backyard Chickens and so happy to be here. I only have 3 young hens. Two Black Copper Marans and a Lavender Ameraucana. They are 2 months old. Previously, I had 3 laying chickens, but in the midst of a move, I gave them to my daughter, to add to her flock. I love, love, love my new chickens and can't wait till they start laying. My gardening and my chicken feed is all organic, so I'm always on the lookout for organic solutions.
