Hello new to the forum not new to chickens

We are a small 7 acre homestead. We are trying to be as self sufficient as possible raising most of our own food. We haven't bought meat from the store in years. We just bought our first incubator and hatched out our first set of quail 23 out of 25 hatched and 20 are still alive and kicking so not too bad for our first time around.

Yes the quail are for meat. We have not eaten any of them yet trying to get a good breeding program set up so we will have plenty to eat and extras to sell. We try to make it to where everything kinda pays for itself or at least offsets the cost of feed,

Wow! I would love to get to a point where I dont have to buy our meat
