Hi, I'm currently 14 years old and I have 6 hens, not sure what breed :) I have 2 that are actually 5 and a half months TODAY , 2 that are 2 months 2 weeks and 4.5 days old and 2 that are 2 months and 4.5 days old. It all started near the end of last year when my animal behavior class in school started raising chickens, in the incubator then until the were 2.5 or more weeks old then if we had parent permission we got to take them home an keep them. So I got 4 but two turned out to be roosters so I gave them to a nearby farm :( but when I walked past all the other little chickens they had I had to buy some so I ended up buying 4 more chickens, 2 at 2.5 weeks and 2 at 4.5 weeks. Their were so cute and I till have them today, I love my chickens and their big personalities. I have coco who is the odd one out she is a brown chicken surrounded by completely white chickens, she is my little sweat heart, then their Otis who is the little hero if them all, and I have squirt and turtle who are the garbage guts who just eat and eat and eat, and sadly I have two other that I haven't quite named yet, they are both white and both my little escape artists they are always attempting to escape their pen!! If you have any name ideas please feel free to tell me!! :) so yea that's my story hope it's not to boring.

Hello and welcome from Ohio....so glad you joined us. My cochin rooster is named Frosty because his hackle feathers look like icicles dripping off his back. My hens are Ruby, Little red riding hood, Cake, Sprite, Turtle, Lacey,Judi, Obsee and Godzilla. Hope you find some neat names for yours
