Hello! My name is Roberto , I am from Cuba , I came here when i was 7 years old. I used to own chickens and roosters when I was in Cuba. Currently i live in Florida but I am moving to Tallahassee soon, and I was thinking of buying 5 australorps...I have the read the reviews for them and I am impressed! (never owned australorps before) and I was thinking, does anyone know the rules about owning chickens in Tallahassee? perharps if anyone lives there? thank you :)

Hello and welcome from Southwest Ohio....glad you joined. I just bought 6 Black Australorp chicks yesterday. I used to raise them back in the early 90's and I loved them. Good luck with your laws and hopefully your new chickens :)

wow :) and thank you so much , I've done some research and I think I can own them up there I just need to make sure they are in an enclosed pen area and I don't think roosters are allowed but that is okay , I mostly want them for eggs and as pets :)
