Not really new to chickens but, certainly to the vast variety available. Been around chickens since i was at least 7. Only more recently taken it on as more of a full time thing after my retirement from the Army. Now my current goals/ambitions are to raise pet/companion grade chickens for those who are looking for a smaller more bonded flock versus full industrial scale poultry production. Always happy to get some advice and tips on how to improve my craft and shepherd a happy flock.
