(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am new to chickens, although my neighbor had them growing up. I used to feed them and collect their eggs when they were out of town.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
0, I just hatched a singlton and rehomed her to a flock. I anticipate getting some welsummer day olds in the next month.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? I love learning new things, sustainable/independent living, and music

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have two girls, a wonderful husband, two cats, and two dogs.
