And I do in fact have chickens. I only recently bought eight pullets; two RIR's and six RIR Silver Laced Polish mixed. I had chickens when I was younger but only vaguely remember the experience , so I'm back at it.

I have to admit I am incredibly enthused people take so much liking towards chickens, before I found this website I really had no idea, but it's great!

You're welcome. We are certainly enthused about chickens. I've had both RIRs and Polish (although mine were the Golden Polish). Polish are not as good a layers as the RIRs, but they are delightful birds; friendly and beautiful. Good luck with your flock.
