Hello! Time to clean!!

Good evening everyone! I'm so excited to be a new chicken mom and to be apart of this group. I got my chickens (6 hens and 1 Roo) late February ( Valentine's gift from hubby). I am absolutely enamored by these sweet and comical critters. Can't wait till I get my first egg! Would like to get some ideas about deep cleaning my coop and run. I currently have pea gravel on the floor of run and shavings on floor of coop. My question is regarding the run. Is there something I should disinfect it with when I spray it down? Thanks in advance for the help. I've already received so much from this group.
