Hello to all

I am in the Hudson Valley of NYS. Grew up with chickens, geese, ducks, turkeys, sheep, cattle. came back to my parents' place in 2019 for them to have some nearby support. I have continued with the chickens but nothing else at this time. I have 4 breeds of chickens right now but just a small flock. The different breeds tell me how old they are because because each year I got a different breed. I have no idea why it says hatching under my name, nor do I know how to change it.
