Hello, Dorothy, and welcome to BYC! Glad you joined.
I don't think it can be fixed. It's just the way she is built that makes the eggs come out that way. I have 2 hens that lay with consistent shell anomalies too.

I agree. Sometimes it is a temporary anomaly and corrects itself, and other times it is a lifetime situation.
