In the Brooder
I'm not completely new to chickens, my mom grew up on a smaller farm, and I got my chickens about a year or two ago. I have four hens as of right now, one naked neck, one black australorp, and two bielefelders. I'm probably getting quails during the summer or shortly after, and I'd like to consider ducks, turkey, or geese. I mostly have hens for eggs, but they're fun to watch when they're going around the yard. I enjoy hiking, camping, rock climbing, reading, crochet/knitting, painting, and listening to music. I keep a freshwater aquarium, and have a middle aged cat. One of my friends actually recommended BYC to me a little while before I got my pullets because I was looking for coop guides. & I finally made my account today
