My ducks and chickens are pecking each other. My ducks are really hurt. Why are they doing this. I also had one hen pass

Welcome to BYC. How long have they been together, what are you feeding them, do they have enough space. I'd for sure separate them while figuring things out before more die/are killed.

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with your birds. I only keep ducks, so I can't help with your problem but we have a lot of knowledgeable people here who will be able to. Until you are able to figure out the source of the pecking, I would definitely separate them, as @sourland recommended.
