This is my Light Sussex Chicken. I just Love her so much! I feel so bad for her. The other hens are picking on her and I don't know what to do? She is not sick

Sadly chickens are like that. There is always one at the bottom of the pecking order, and they won't let her forget it. Any thought to making her a house pet? Birds like that tend to flourish in the different environment. There is a very good thread "people with house chickens." My friend has had house chickens(various breeds) over the past 25 years.
They even watch TV with her.
