Go to your town meetings..bring this subject up..often! Works for many. Go with some good info on how it is working for other cities..right in your own state.

Heartily agree with Sumi, if you can get others from your state to rally round you, there is a much better chance of getting restrictions changed. Hope you are successful.

My mom lives within the city limits of Appleton, Wi and you can have 3 hens. Not much, but it would give you a start, it would be great if it could be changed to allow more.
