I'm Giselle, I'm new to raising chickens and need all the help I can get. I have 10 females which I got as one day old chicks: RIR, light Brahmas, golden lace wyandotte, Australorps and Jersey Giants. Two of each. Im in Long Island, New York

If you would like to confirm you got the right breeds, and gender you can post individual photos of the chicks at "what breed or gender is this." 6-8 weeks is a good age for sending photos.

Thank you. That's a great idea. I will. They are now five weeks old. I will take individual pictures on them when they get a little older
