Hello

Based on your climate I agree they still need protection from the environment until the snow melts and they feather out. If your shed is protected enough from the wind I'd still wager you are being a bit conservative on their heating requirements if using a 250W heating bulb. Ventilation is awesome but not in subfreezing temperature.

Regardless it is your decision on when to make their move to the outdoors. Best of luck with this new adventure!
