You wouldn't prefer to live somewhere you can grow oranges and pineapples?<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<off topic and WELCOME AGAIN!!!!Welcome to byc! I wish I lived in rural Wisconsin with 1.5 acres(though I’d want more animals) but instead I’m stuck in the suburbs of New England with a small(less than an acre of mostly woods) plot of land and 6 hens
Off topic, as well, but I always picture hippies living in Colorado for some reason.Welcome to the flock here at BYC! Mine just started producing this week finally, so I hear ya there. We still haven't eaten any as we are a bunch of veganish hippies here, but the dogs are thrilled.
-------edit-------
loads of hippies just scramble them and feed them back to their flocks, but for us they are paying their protection money back to the guard dogs that keep them safe.
Lol, I consider myself a hippie and we live in Massachusetts!Off topic, as well, but I always picture hippies living in Colorado for some reason.![]()
Well then, I guess hippies can live anywhere. I’m probably just clueless. It’s nice to know you, hippie from MA. I used to live in Hudson, MA in the late 60’s. I’m an Army brat. I’ve lived in a bunch of other states too: GA, AK, AZ, OK, and now AL. “I’ve been every where, man...” I digress!Lol, I consider myself a hippie and we live in Massachusetts!
