Hi! I'm fairly new to chickens, I obtained my first 2 in July '17, a black sex link hen, Pepper, and a buff orpington roo, Gingy. They were both 3 months old. In August, I got 2 buff orpington pullets and 2 black Australorp pullets. Easter Sunday of this year, I became the proud owner of 3 buff orpington chicks and 3 orplorp chicks (mix of my roo and Australorps ) thanks to Bucky the buff orpington! I found this website while googling chicken questions..it pops up every time so I figured I might as well become a member! I love this site! I've learned a lot from the members and I've found it to be extremely useful!
