I've joined previously before but I restarted again. I've owned chickens for about three years now. The first chick I ever got was from the mall petstore when they were selling them as "Easter gifts" I felt sorry for the poor babies so out of compulsion, I bought one. I managed to raise her despite my inexperience and she's a big black healthy australorp now. I'm just more serious of being a part of this community as I really want to take my hobby to the next level. I plan to maybe one day breed my own chickens but for now, I'm just raising chicks that I buy and maybe lurking here once in a while ☺
