On a personal note I love there personalities, they make me smile, watching them is relaxing.
On the utilitarian side, it is nice to eat food we raised, eggs are delightful, and we have the space.

Camping, canoeing, everything outdoors
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Kids are grown and out of the house, I work in the medical field.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I found this forum while researching a problem I was having with my chickens.
