Welcome- things I am doing different with my second coop. The roosting bars will be 2 inches wide not 1 inch. I have standard chickens. Nesting boxes will be rollaway made with paint trays with access from the outside because the eggs will be cleaner and not stepped on or eaten. If I open the doors chickens come out and I have to go to work not roundup chickens so nest box access from the outside. I will have a store bought window with screen to open for more ventilation when wanted and more light in the coop . Hope these ideas will help you. I am planning to have second coop up and running by the end of June.
