I am pretty new to chickens. I first came around them 2 years ago when I met my partner. I really got involed with them when we moved in together last year. This year we got chicks so I’ve been learning a lot. Right now we have 17 chickens. We have barred rocks, rhode island reds, silkies, brown leghorns, ameraucanas, and black sexlinks. The eggs we get are my favorite part of raising chickens and they are pretty entertaining. I enjoy crafting, and painting, and make glitter tumblers. I belong to a very busy family of 4. We live on 20 acres with a creek and a pond, have 2 dogs, and 3 farm cats. Life is good
I joined this community after getting a weird egg from one of our chickens and found similar pictures on here. Looking for answers but did not find any yet.
