Visit the Articles tab and jump to the coop pages. Whatever you do, DON'T build too small and don't forget all weather conditions that your birds will live through. Heat can quickly kill a bird. Poorly ventilated coops in subfreezing temperature will cause frostbite. Too small coops will cause all manner of bad behavioral issues and are hard to keep from stinking to high heaven.
