Hello everyone,

I've been getting advice from here for the last few months, and it's time I finally signed up Thanks for all the help so far!

My wife and I have been getting very into birding over the last few years. We just bought our first house in October, and then adopted 4 hens. Now we also have some ~6 wk old silkie chicks. We are absolutely nuts about birds!

It has been a great excuse to do some basic woodworking/building, with varying levels of success. I'm working on converting an extra shed into a coop for the babies now, and plan on adding an enclosed run after that.

Good for you guys . Aren't they fun? I never imagined they would become such pets, good luck on coop run build. Glad you joined you'll learn lots here.
