Were they taken from the coop or was it later in the day? Do you know what got them?

I started a thread about it. It was late at night. I went to lock them up and all I could found was piles of feathers. No other remains, tracks, or anything else useful.

Sounds kind of like a fox, The tracks are hard to see because they are light. They are feeding litters in some parts of the country this time of the year. They will carry the prey back to the den. Sorry for your loss.
