Welcome to BYC! I would give the brahma more time. I'm sure your wyandotte is a male.
I would rehome him.
I would never use a no crow collar. When a rooster crows, he stretches his neck. The collar slides down because the neck is elongated. If he cannot readjust his neck, he will choke. You can research no crow collars, and find several horror stories.
They should be removed from the market.
