Hi, it's nice to have you here! Do you have a coop ready for your flock? They're probably feathered enough to start the transition to the coop. Depending on your weather, a huddle box might help them until it warms up for good.

Thanks, we ended up waiting until they were about 9 weeks old because it was cold and wet here much longer than usual! They are now in their chicken hotel, as my husband likes to call it, and happy and growing big!

The coop is 8'x8' with half indoor, half protected outdoor. I let them out every day for a few minutes while I am out taking care of the coop or gardening things. We're working toward building a run for them so I don't always have to supervise their outdoor time (too many avian predators to let them free range w/o me watching over them)
