He is an excellent boy lol. His favourite activity (outside of his girls) is sitting on the handlebars of my 7 year old bike and "flying". She goes slow for him and he holds on tight. They don't make chicken sized helmets, and he refuses to wear the hats I knit (unlike Erie the Silkie) so he has to stay at a slow pace. He loves it though!

Figured I would throw this in here, before I started pestering everyone with questions!
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? Newish! I've been keeping chickens for about 7 years.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Oh gosh. Chicken math lol. 17 currently with 30 in the incubator
(3) What breeds do you have?
Silkie, Serama, Olive Eggers and one Lavender Orp
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Their personalities. Eggs, babies! Cuddles! The whole thing.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I'm a gardener. Roses are my main focus (around 200 specimens) But I have tons of perennials and vines as well
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Mommy to 6, plus 3 pups and 2 cats.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I've been surfing articles and questions and comments for months! I think I originally googled about alternative brooder options and found the Mama Hen Heating Pad post!
