Hello I am new raising chickens And I was wondering what type of breed this Chick Is, It recently hatched 2 weeks ago til this day I have no idea what it is (black and yellow stripe)

Welcome to BYC. There are so many breeds that hatch that color. Sometimes leg color & skin color can help identify the breed but often you need to wait until they develop more. Some of the more common "chipmunk " chicks are welsummer, easter egger, crested cream legbar, and even some mixed breed chicks.
